Toutefois le classement DPE ne traite que de la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du b\u00e2timent et de son impact carbone. Malgr\u00e9 les \u00e9volutions successives du mode de calcul des DPE, une ventilation double flux sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme plus \u00e9conome qu\u2019une simple flux sans tenir compte de la r\u00e9gion alors qu\u2019une simple flux, dans le sud de la France, peut consommer autant qu\u2019une double flux. En effet la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique li\u00e9e \u00e0 la ventilation comporte plusieurs volets : <\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Le rendement de l&rsquo;\u00e9changeur thermique <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Les d\u00e9bits d&rsquo;air <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La consommation \u00e9lectrique des moteurs (doubl\u00e9e pour les double flux) <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Une ventilation modul\u00e9e en d\u00e9bit en fonction de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air est donc un moyen de jouer sur tous ces aspects de la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
