This is the rate of reduction, per week, of surface nitrogen dioxide (NO2) concentrations in northern Italy since the beginning of the VIDOC health crisis-19 mid-February, according to the Copernicus Atmospheric Monitoring Service (CAMS).

Nitrogen dioxide is an air pollutant emitted mainly by human activities (road transport, energy production, industries, etc.).
